利用規約

1. 本規約は、本アプリでログインして使う機能(記録の同期・プロフィール・ランキング・通報・ブロック。以下「ログイン機能」)に適用します。
2. 利用者は、プロフィールを初めて公開する前に、本アプリの画面で本規約に同意します。同意しない場合も、ログイン機能以外の学習機能はこれまでどおり使えます。
3. 月額プランの購入・解約には、各ストアの規約(App Store の場合は Apple の標準使用許諾契約)が適用されます。
4. 利用者の情報の取り扱いは、プライバシーポリシー(https://www.plus2-app.com/privacy/tda-dealer-quiz)に定めます。

1. ログインには Apple または Google のアカウントを使います。1 人で複数のアカウントを使い分けてランキングに参加することはできません。
2. アカウントの管理は利用者の責任で行ってください。端末を他の人と共用する場合は、ログアウトしてから渡してください。

1. 表示名と、利用者が公開を選んだ項目(所属店舗・店舗ページ・国と地域・経験年数・SNS のアカウント名・段位・認定・実績バッジ)、ランキングの成績は、本アプリの利用者が見られます。
2. 所属店舗名は、店舗のオーナー・店長に表記を確認してから記載してください。

利用者は、表示名・所属店舗・店舗ページ・SNS のアカウント名(以下「表示名等」)とランキングについて、次のことをしてはいけません。

1. 本名・電話番号・住所・メールアドレスなど、自分または他人の個人情報や連絡先を書くこと
2. 他人・他の店舗・団体になりすますこと、所属していない店舗を所属と偽ること
3. 差別的・性的・暴力的な語、他人を傷つけ、またはおとしめる語を使うこと
4. 宣伝・勧誘、賭博やその他の違法な行為に誘う語やリンクを載せること
5. 本アプリの改造、自動操作、端末の日付の操作、複数アカウントの使用などで成績を不正に上げること
6. 本アプリやサーバーに過度の負荷をかけること、不正に接続すること
7. その他、法令または公序良俗に反すること

1. 当社は、通報や確認の結果、第 4 条に反すると判断した場合、予告なく、表示名等の非表示・変更のお願い、ランキングからの除外・成績の取り消し、ログイン機能の利用停止を行うことがあります。
2. 通報は、当社が原則として受け付けから 24 時間以内に確認します。
3. 当社は、前項の対応の理由を個別にお知らせする義務を負いません。

1. 不適切な表示名等や不自然な成績を見つけたときは、相手のプロフィール画面の通報のボタン(「表示名・所属を通報する」など)から当社に知らせてください。
2. 相手のプロフィール画面の「この人をブロック」で、その相手を自分のランキングとプロフィールの表示から外せます。
3. 緊急の場合や本アプリで通報できない場合は、dev@plus2-app.com までご連絡ください。

利用者は、いつでもアプリ内(マイページ → アカウント → アカウントを削除)またはアカウント削除のご案内ページ(https://www.plus2-app.com/account-deletion/tda-dealer-quiz)からアカウントを削除できます。削除される情報はプライバシーポリシー第 9 項のとおりです。

当社は、事前の告知のうえ、または緊急の場合は告知なく、ログイン機能の内容を変更し、提供を一時停止または終了することがあります。終了する場合は、本アプリで相当の期間をおいてお知らせし、端末内の学習記録はそのまま使えるようにします。

1. 当社は、ログイン機能が常に利用できること、同期が中断なく行われることを保証しません。通信の障害等により記録が失われることに備え、設定画面の「学習記録の引き継ぎ」で控えを書き出しておくことをおすすめします。
2. 当社は、利用者同士または利用者と第三者の間で生じた争いについて、当社の故意または重大な過失による場合を除き、責任を負いません。
3. 当社の責任が認められる場合でも、当社の故意または重大な過失による場合を除き、当社が負う賠償の範囲は、通常生じる直接の損害に限ります。

当社は、民法第 548 条の 4 の定めに従い、本規約を変更することがあります。変更する場合は、効力が生じる日と変更の内容を、本ページと本アプリで事前にお知らせします。利用者の権利を制限する重要な変更の場合は、改めて同意をお願いします。

本規約は日本法に従って解釈します。本規約に関して争いが生じた場合は、大阪地方裁判所を第一審の専属的合意管轄裁判所とします。

1. These Terms apply to the features of the App used after signing in (record sync, profiles, rankings, reporting and blocking; the "Sign-in Features").
2. You agree to these Terms on a screen in the App before you first make your profile public. If you do not agree, you can still use all study features other than the Sign-in Features.
3. Purchasing and cancelling the monthly plan are governed by the terms of each store (for the App Store, Apple's Standard License Agreement).
4. How we handle user information is set out in the Privacy Policy (https://www.plus2-app.com/privacy/tda-dealer-quiz).

1. You sign in with an Apple or Google account. One person may not join the rankings with more than one account.
2. You are responsible for managing your account. If you share a device with someone else, sign out before handing it over.

1. Your display name, the items you choose to show (store, store page, country and region, years of experience, social media account names, rank, certifications and achievement badges) and your ranking results can be seen by users of the App.
2. Before entering your store name, please confirm how it should be written with the store's owner or manager.

With respect to your display name, store, store page and social media account names (the "Display Name, etc.") and the rankings, you must not:

1. Write personal information or contact details of yourself or others, such as a real name, phone number, address or email address
2. Impersonate another person, store or organization, or claim to belong to a store you do not belong to
3. Use discriminatory, sexual or violent words, or words that hurt or demean others
4. Include advertising, solicitation, or words or links that invite gambling or other illegal acts
5. Inflate your results unfairly by modifying the App, automating it, changing your device's date, using multiple accounts, or similar means
6. Place excessive load on the App or our servers, or access them without authorization
7. Do anything else that violates the law or public order and morals

1. If, as a result of a report or our own review, we determine that Article 4 has been violated, we may without notice hide the Display Name, etc. or ask you to change it, remove you from the rankings or cancel your results, or suspend your use of the Sign-in Features.
2. As a rule, we review reports within 24 hours of receiving them.
3. We are not obliged to explain the reasons for the actions in paragraph 1 individually.

1. If you find an inappropriate Display Name, etc. or unnatural results, let us know with a report button (such as "Report name / store") on that user's profile screen.
2. With "Block this user" on a user's profile screen, you can remove that user from your view of the rankings and profiles.
3. In an emergency, or if you cannot report from the App, please contact dev@plus2-app.com.

You can delete your account at any time in the App (My page → Account → Delete account) or from the account deletion page (https://www.plus2-app.com/account-deletion/tda-dealer-quiz). The information that is deleted is described in Section 9 of the Privacy Policy.

We may change, temporarily suspend or end the Sign-in Features with advance notice, or without notice in an emergency. If we end them, we will announce it in the App a reasonable time in advance, and the study records on your device will remain usable.

1. We do not guarantee that the Sign-in Features will always be available or that sync will run without interruption. In case records are lost due to network problems or similar causes, we recommend exporting a backup from "Carrying over your records" in Settings.
2. Except in cases of our intentional misconduct or gross negligence, we are not liable for disputes between users or between a user and a third party.
3. Even where we are found liable, except in cases of our intentional misconduct or gross negligence, our liability is limited to direct damages that would ordinarily arise.

We may change these Terms in accordance with Article 548-4 of the Civil Code of Japan. When we do, we will announce the effective date and the details of the change in advance on this page and in the App. For important changes that restrict your rights, we will ask for your consent again.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Japan. The Osaka District Court shall have exclusive jurisdiction as the court of first instance over any dispute relating to these Terms.

1. 本條款適用於本 App 中需登入使用的功能（紀錄同步、個人檔案、排行榜、檢舉、封鎖，以下稱「登入功能」）。
2. 使用者於首次公開個人檔案前，在本 App 的畫面上同意本條款。即使不同意，仍可照常使用登入功能以外的學習功能。
3. 月費方案的購買與解約，適用各商店的條款（App Store 為 Apple 的標準授權合約）。
4. 使用者資訊的處理方式，訂於隱私權政策（https://www.plus2-app.com/privacy/tda-dealer-quiz）。

1. 登入使用 Apple 或 Google 帳號。一人不得以多個帳戶參加排行榜。
2. 帳戶由使用者自行負責管理。與他人共用裝置時，請先登出再交給對方。

1. 顯示名稱、使用者選擇公開的項目（所屬店家、店家網頁、國家與地區、經驗年數、社群帳號名稱、段位、認定、成就徽章）及排行榜成績，可由本 App 的使用者瀏覽。
2. 填寫所屬店家名稱前，請先向店家的負責人或店長確認名稱的寫法。

使用者就顯示名稱、所屬店家、店家網頁、社群帳號名稱（以下稱「顯示名稱等」）及排行榜，不得有下列行為。

1. 填寫本名、電話號碼、地址、電子郵件等自己或他人的個人資料或聯絡方式
2. 冒充他人、其他店家或團體，或謊稱隸屬於未所屬的店家
3. 使用歧視、性、暴力相關的字詞，或傷害、貶低他人的字詞
4. 刊登廣告、招攬，或誘導賭博及其他違法行為的字詞或連結
5. 以修改本 App、自動操作、更改裝置日期、使用多個帳戶等方式不當提高成績
6. 對本 App 或伺服器造成過度負荷，或進行未經授權的存取
7. 其他違反法令或公共秩序善良風俗的行為

1. 本公司經檢舉或確認後，判斷有違反第 4 條時，得不經預告將顯示名稱等設為不顯示或請求變更、自排行榜中排除或取消成績、停止登入功能的使用。
2. 檢舉原則上由本公司於受理後 24 小時內確認。
3. 本公司無義務個別告知前項處置的理由。

1. 發現不當的顯示名稱等或不自然的成績時，請透過對方個人檔案畫面上的檢舉按鈕（如「檢舉顯示名稱・所屬」）通知本公司。
2. 透過對方個人檔案畫面上的「封鎖此人」，可將該使用者從您的排行榜與個人檔案顯示中移除。
3. 緊急情況或無法在本 App 內檢舉時，請聯絡 dev@plus2-app.com。

使用者可隨時於 App 內（個人頁面 → 帳戶 → 刪除帳戶）或帳戶刪除說明頁面（https://www.plus2-app.com/account-deletion/tda-dealer-quiz）刪除帳戶。刪除的資訊依隱私權政策第 9 條所述。

本公司得事先公告，或於緊急情況下不經公告，變更登入功能的內容，或暫停、終止提供。終止時，將於本 App 提前相當期間公告，裝置內的學習紀錄可照常使用。

1. 本公司不保證登入功能隨時可用，或同步不會中斷。為防止因通訊障礙等導致紀錄遺失，建議於設定畫面的「學習紀錄的轉移」匯出備份。
2. 除本公司故意或重大過失的情形外，本公司對使用者之間或使用者與第三方之間的糾紛不負責任。
3. 即使本公司須負責任，除本公司故意或重大過失的情形外，本公司的賠償範圍僅限於通常發生的直接損害。

本公司得依日本民法第 548 條之 4 的規定變更本條款。變更時，將事先於本頁面與本 App 公告生效日與變更內容。若為限制使用者權利的重大變更，將再次請求您的同意。

本條款依日本法解釋。與本條款相關的爭議，以大阪地方法院為第一審專屬合意管轄法院。
