ポーカーディーラートレーナー プライバシーポリシー
ｐｌｕｓ合同会社(以下「当社」)は、スマートフォンアプリ「ポーカーディーラートレーナー」(英語名 Poker Dealer Skills・繁体字名 撲克荷官技能。以下「本アプリ」)における利用者の情報の取り扱いについて、次のとおり定めます。
1. 当社が
本アプリは、アカウント登録を求めません。氏名・メールアドレス・電話番号・位置情報・連絡先・写真などの個人情報を取得しません。
2. 端末の
次の情報はお使いの端末の中だけに保存され、当社や第三者のサーバーには送信されません。
- 学習の記録(解答の履歴・正答率・復習の予定・ショーダウン練習の記録)
- ブックマーク、問題ごとのメモ
- 文字サイズ・言語などの設定
これらは、お使いの端末の標準のバックアップ(iPhone は iCloud バックアップ、Android は Google の自動バックアップ)の対象になることがあります。バックアップの保存先は利用者ご自身のアカウントであり、当社はその内容を受け取りません。バックアップからの復元や機種変更で記録が引き継がれるかどうかは、端末の設定と復元の方法によります。確実に移したい場合は、設定画面の「学習記録の控え」からファイルに書き出し、新しい端末で読み込んでください。アプリを削除すると、端末内の記録は消去されます。
3. 月額プランのお申し込みに
月額プランのお支払いは、App Store(Apple)または Google Play(Google)を通じて行われます。当社がカード番号などの決済情報を受け取ることはありません。
お申し込みの状態(有効・期限・更新の有無)を確認するため、当社は課金管理サービス RevenueCat, Inc.(米国)を利用しています。RevenueCat には、次の情報がストアから送られ、米国のサーバーで処理されます。
匿名の利用者 ID
RevenueCat が端末ごとに自動で発行する識別子。氏名やメールアドレスとは結び付きません
購入に関する情報
商品の識別子、購入・更新・期限の日時、価格と通貨、ストアの領収書(レシート)
端末に関する情報
端末の機種、OS の種類とバージョン、アプリのバージョン、言語設定
通信に伴う情報
通信時の IP アドレス(サーバーの記録として)

本アプリは、広告識別子(IDFA / 広告 ID)や、端末を特定する識別子(IDFV 等)を RevenueCat に送りません。また、利用者の情報を広告目的で第三者と共有することはありません。

4. 情報の
- 月額プランの有効・無効を判定し、機能を開くため
- 購入の復元(機種変更・再インストール時)に対応するため
- 不正な利用を防ぎ、サービスを安定して提供するため
5. 第三者への提供
法令に基づく場合を除き、当社は利用者の情報を第三者に提供しません。第 3 項の RevenueCat への送信は、当社の委託に基づく処理です。
6. 解約・
月額プランの解約は、ご利用のストア(App Store / Google Play)のサブスクリプション設定から行えます。端末内の学習記録は、アプリを削除すると消去されます。RevenueCat に保存された購入情報の削除をご希望の場合は、下記の連絡先までお問い合わせください。
7. 本ポリシーの変更
内容を変更する場合は、本アプリまたはストアの掲載ページでお知らせします。

Poker Dealer Skills — Privacy Policy
PLUS LIMITED LIABILITY COMPANY("we") sets out below how information about users is handled in the smartphone app "Poker Dealer Skills" (Japanese name ポーカーディーラートレーナー, Traditional Chinese name 撲克荷官技能; the "App").
1. Information we do not collect
The App does not require an account. We do not collect personal information such as your name, email address, phone number, location, contacts or photos.
2. Information stored only on your device
The following information is stored only on your device and is not sent to our servers or to any third party.
- Study records (answer history, accuracy, review schedule, showdown practice records)
- Bookmarks and your notes on questions
- Settings such as text size and language
This information may be included in your device's standard backup (iCloud Backup on iPhone, Google's automatic backup on Android). The backup is stored in your own account and we do not receive its contents. Whether your records carry over when you restore from a backup or change devices depends on your device settings and the restore method. To move them reliably, export a backup file from "Backup of your records" in Settings and load it on the new device. Deleting the App erases the records on the device.
3. Information related to the monthly plan
Payment for the monthly plan is made through the App Store (Apple) or Google Play (Google). We never receive your payment details, such as card numbers.
To check the status of your subscription (active, expiry, renewal), we use the subscription management service RevenueCat, Inc. (United States). The store sends the following information to RevenueCat, where it is processed on servers in the United States.
Anonymous user ID
An identifier that RevenueCat generates automatically for each device. It is not linked to your name or email address.
Purchase information
Product identifier, purchase / renewal / expiry dates, price and currency, and the store receipt.
Device information
Device model, OS type and version, app version, and language setting.
Connection information
IP address at the time of the connection (kept as a server log).

The App does not send advertising identifiers (IDFA / Advertising ID) or device-identifying identifiers (such as IDFV) to RevenueCat, and we do not share user information with third parties for advertising purposes.

4. Purposes of use
- To determine whether the monthly plan is active and unlock its features
- To restore purchases (when you change devices or reinstall)
- To prevent misuse and provide the service reliably
5. Disclosure to third parties
Except where required by law, we do not provide user information to third parties. The transfer to RevenueCat described in Section 3 is processing carried out on our behalf.
6. Cancellation and deletion
You can cancel the monthly plan from the subscription settings of your store (App Store / Google Play). Study records on the device are erased when you delete the App. If you would like the purchase information stored by RevenueCat to be deleted, please contact us at the address below.
7. Changes to this policy
If we change this policy, we will announce it in the App or on the store listing page.

撲克荷官技能 隱私權政策
ｐｌｕｓ合同会社（以下稱「本公司」）就智慧型手機 App「撲克荷官技能」（日文名稱 ポーカーディーラートレーナー、英文名稱 Poker Dealer Skills，以下稱「本 App」）中使用者資訊的處理方式，訂定如下。
1. 本公司不取得的資訊
本 App 不要求註冊帳號，也不取得姓名、電子郵件、電話號碼、位置資訊、聯絡人、照片等個人資料。
2. 僅儲存於裝置內的資訊
下列資訊僅儲存於您的裝置內，不會傳送至本公司或第三方的伺服器。
- 學習紀錄（作答歷程、答對率、複習排程、攤牌練習紀錄）
- 書籤、各題目的筆記
- 文字大小、語言等設定
這些資訊可能包含在您裝置的標準備份中（iPhone 為 iCloud 備份，Android 為 Google 自動備份）。備份儲存於您本人的帳號，本公司不會收到其內容。從備份還原或更換裝置時紀錄是否延續，取決於裝置設定與還原方式。若要確實移轉，請在設定畫面的「學習紀錄備份」匯出檔案，再於新裝置讀取。刪除本 App 後，裝置內的紀錄即被清除。
3. 與月費方案申請相關的資訊
月費方案的付款透過 App Store（Apple）或 Google Play（Google）進行。本公司不會收到卡號等付款資訊。
為確認申請狀態（有效、到期、是否續訂），本公司使用訂閱管理服務 RevenueCat, Inc.（美國）。商店會將下列資訊傳送至 RevenueCat，並於美國的伺服器處理。

除法令規定的情形外，本公司不會將使用者資訊提供給第三方。第 3 條所述傳送至 RevenueCat，屬本公司委託之處理。
6. 解約與資料刪除
月費方案的解約可於您使用的商店（App Store／Google Play）的訂閱設定中進行。裝置內的學習紀錄會在刪除本 App 時清除。若希望刪除儲存於 RevenueCat 的購買資訊，請透過下列聯絡方式與我們聯繫。
7. 本政策的變更
內容如有變更，將於本 App 或商店頁面公告。
