アカウント削除のご案内

1. アプリを開き、マイページ → アカウント を開きます。
2. 「アカウントを削除」を押し、内容を確認して「削除する」を押します。
3. 本人確認のため、Apple / Google のログイン画面がもう一度出ることがあります。

アプリを削除した方は、もう一度インストールしなくても、下のメールでご依頼いただけます。

次の内容を dev@plus2-app.com にお送りください。

• 件名: アカウント削除の依頼(ポーカーディーラートレーナー)
• ログインに使った方法(Apple / Google)
• ログインに使ったメールアドレス(Apple の「メールを非公開」を選んだ方は、iPhone の 設定 → Apple アカウント →「Apple でサインイン」→ ポーカーディーラートレーナー に出る転送用のアドレス)
• 表示名(設定していれば)

ご本人の確認のため、ログインに使ったメールアドレスあてに確認のメールをお送りし、ご返信をいただいてから削除します。確認が取れてから原則 7 日以内(遅くとも 30 日以内)に削除し、完了をメールでお知らせします。

• 学習記録の控え(サーバーに保存したもの)
• 表示名・プロフィール(所属店舗・国と地域・経験年数・SNS のアカウント名)
• ランキングの成績・順位・連続日数・実績バッジの記録
• ブロックの一覧、あなたが送った通報と、あなたあての通報の記録
• ログイン用の識別子とメールアドレス(Google でログインした場合は、Google から渡された氏名とプロフィール画像の URL も。Android で Apple でログインした場合は、Apple から渡された氏名があればそれも)

• お使いの端末の中の学習記録: アプリ内の記録は残ります(アプリを削除すると消えます)。
• 月額プランの契約: 自動では解約されません。App Store / Google Play のサブスクリプション設定から解約してください。購入の記録は各ストアに残ります。
• バックアップ: サーバーの自動バックアップに最大 7 日間残り、その後消えます。
• 月額プランの管理記録: 課金管理サービス(RevenueCat)の記録はアカウントと結び付いていないため、アカウントの削除では消えません。削除をご希望の場合は上のメールでご依頼ください。
• メールでのやりとり: 削除の依頼と確認のメールは、問い合わせ対応の記録として 1 年間保管し、その後削除します。

1. Open the App and go to My page → Account.
2. Tap "Delete account", check the details and tap "Delete".
3. To confirm it is you, the Apple / Google sign-in screen may appear once more.

If you have deleted the App, you do not need to reinstall it — you can request deletion by email below.

Please send the following to dev@plus2-app.com.

• Subject: Account deletion request (Poker Dealer Skills)
• How you signed in (Apple / Google)
• The email address you signed in with (if you chose Apple's "Hide My Email", the forwarding address shown on iPhone under Settings → Apple Account → "Sign in with Apple" → Poker Dealer Skills)
• Your display name (if you set one)

To confirm your identity, we will send a confirmation email to the address you signed in with and delete your account after you reply. We delete it within 7 days of confirmation as a rule (30 days at the latest) and let you know by email when it is done.

• The copy of your study records saved on our server
• Your display name and profile (store, country and region, years of experience, social media account names)
• Ranking results, places, streaks and achievement badge records
• Your block list, reports you sent and reports about you
• Your sign-in identifier and email address (for Google sign-in, also the name and profile picture URL that Google provided; for Sign in with Apple on Android, also the name that Apple provided, if any)

• Study records on your device: records in the App remain (they are erased when you delete the App).
• Your monthly plan: it is not cancelled automatically. Please cancel it from the subscription settings of the App Store / Google Play. Purchase records remain with each store.
• Backups: deleted data remains in the server's automatic backups for up to 7 days and is then erased.
• Subscription management records: records held by our subscription management service (RevenueCat) are not linked to your account, so deleting your account does not remove them. If you would like them deleted, please ask by email above.
• Email correspondence: deletion requests and confirmation emails are kept for one year as a record of customer support and then deleted.

• 顯示名稱（若有設定）

為確認本人，我們會寄送確認郵件至您登入使用的電子郵件，收到您的回覆後再刪除。確認後原則上於 7 天內（最遲 30 天內）刪除，並以電子郵件通知完成。

• 學習紀錄的備份（儲存於伺服器者）
• 顯示名稱、個人檔案（所屬店家、國家與地區、經驗年數、社群帳號名稱）
• 排行榜成績、名次、連續天數、成就徽章紀錄
• 封鎖名單、您送出的檢舉及針對您的檢舉紀錄
• 登入用識別碼與電子郵件（以 Google 登入時，也包含 Google 提供的姓名與個人資料相片的 URL；在 Android 上以 Apple 登入時，也包含 Apple 提供的姓名（如有））

• 您裝置內的學習紀錄：App 內的紀錄會保留（刪除 App 時清除）。
• 月費方案的合約：不會自動解約。請於 App Store／Google Play 的訂閱設定中解約。購買紀錄保留於各商店。
• 備份：會在伺服器的自動備份中保留最多 7 天，之後清除。
• 月費方案的管理紀錄：訂閱管理服務（RevenueCat）的紀錄未與帳戶連結，因此刪除帳戶不會清除。若希望刪除，請以上方的電子郵件申請。
• 電子郵件往來：刪除申請與確認郵件作為客服紀錄保存 1 年，之後刪除。
